Eligibility Criteria for Management Trainees

Essential Academic Qualifications:

Graduation:
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Must be a 3-year full-time course.
Post-Graduation:
- MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS with a specialization in Finance, or
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Post-Graduation should be a 2-year full-time course.
Final Year Students:
- Eligible if results are awaited.
- Proof of qualification must be provided by June 01, 2025.
Communication and IT Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT is required.
Grade Conversion:
- If grades are not converted to percentage, a letter from the institution is required explaining the conversion formula.
Recognition:
- Degree must be from a recognized institution by Government/AICTE/UGC.
- No correspondence or part-time post-graduation degrees are accepted.

Management Trainee Absorption and Pay Scale/Salary

Absorption: Management Trainees will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM-I) as Deputy Managers after successful completion of the one-year training period.
Training Stipend: ₹65,000 per month.
Pay Scale for Deputy Managers (JM-I): ₹48,480 – 20,000 – 62,480 – 23,40 – 67,160 – 26,80 – 85,920 (as per the Indian Banks’ Association 12th Bipartite Settlement).
