4. No Regularization of Employment
Employees appointed through HKRN have no legal right to claim regularization of their services in the organization they are deployed to.
HKRN Leave Rules and Entitlements
1. Casual Leave and Medical Leave
Employees under HKRN are entitled to the following leave benefits:
- Casual Leave: 1 day per month (up to 10 days per year).
- Medical Leave: 1 day per month (up to 10 days per year).
These leave benefits are in addition to:
- Public Holidays
- Restricted Holidays
- 1 Day Off per Week
2. Maternity Leave
- Female employees are entitled to 26 weeks of maternity leave as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
3. Travel and Insurance Benefits
- Travel Allowance: Employees are entitled to travel or daily allowance as per HKRN Contract Service Rules.
- Insurance: Life and medical insurance are provided as per the Corporation Contract Service rules.

HKRN Vacancy Age Limit

Continuation of Employment:
- Employees cannot continue in the job beyond the age of 60 years, provided that their health and fitness remain satisfactory.

4. Skill Qualification

5. Socio-Economic Criteria
- 5 marks will be awarded to candidates based on socio-economic criteria like widowhood or if the father died before age 42 or before the candidate was 15 years old.
6. CET Written Exam Score
- A 10% weightage will be given based on the percentage of marks in the CET written examination.
7. Ease of Deployment (District Preference)
Candidates residing in the same district for which the job is notified will be given an additional 10 marks.
8. MAPUY Beneficiaries
Candidates belonging to the Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana (MAPUY) will receive 50 marks.
