Rohtak Court Clerk & Driver Recruitment 2024: Eligibility, Vacancies & Application Form

Applications are invited to fill 21 posts of Clerks and 1 post of Driver purely on an Adhoc basis, with a consolidated pay of ₹25,500 per month. The appointment will last for six months or until regular positions are filled, whichever is earlier.

The vacancies for Clerks include 6 in the General category, 1 for General (ESM), 5 for SC, 1 for SC (ESM), 3 for BCA, 1 for BCA (ESM), 2 for BCB, 1 for BCB (ESM), and 1 for PwBD (Cat.A B, LV). The Driver position has 1 vacancy in the General category. Selection will follow the amended Rule 7 of the Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997.

Selection Process

Selection will be made in accordance with the amended Rule 7 of the Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997.

Rohtak Court Clerk & Driver Eligibility Criteria

For the Post of Clerk

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Must have passed Matriculation with Hindi as one subject.

For the Post of Driver

For the Driver position, candidates must be at least middle pass with Punjabi or Hindi as a subject, possess a valid L.T.V. license, and have a minimum of two years of driving experience without any convictions for negligent driving.

Qualifications:
- At least middle pass with Punjabi/Hindi as one subject.
- Valid license for L.T.V.
- Minimum two years of driving experience with no convictions for negligent driving.

Age Limit

Applicants must be between 18 and 42 years old as of January 1, 2024, with relaxations for reserved categories.

Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 42 years (as of 01.01.2024)
Relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government instructions.

Rohtak Court Clerk Syllabus & Exam Pattern

Additional Requirements:
- Must obtain 40% aggregate marks in the written examination.
- Proficiency in computer operation (Word and spreadsheet).
- Computer typing test at 30 w.p.m. is required.

Attach self-attested photocopies of educational documents and certificates regarding category and experience.
Bring proof of identity for the written test/interview.

No TA/DA will be provided for candidates appearing for the tests.
