Educational Qualifications for NIACL AO Recruitment 2024

1. Generalists

Qualification Requirement Details
Minimum Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent
Percentage Requirement General Candidates: At least 60% marks in the degree examination
SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: At least 55% marks in the degree examination

2. Specialists

Specialization Minimum Qualification Percentage Requirement
Accounts Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountant (ICAI) and Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline
  1. General Candidates: 60% in Graduation/ Post Graduation
  2. SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: 55% in Graduation/ Post Graduation
 Or MBA Finance/PGDM Finance/M.Com

Important Notes

Aspect Details
Recognition of Qualification Educational qualifications must be from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by Government Regulatory Bodies.
Result Declaration Date The result must be declared on or before 01.09.2024.
Document Requirement Candidates must provide proper documentation from the Board/University showing the result was declared by 01.09.2024.
Mark-sheet/Certificate Candidates must possess a valid mark-sheet/degree certificate as of 01.09.2024.
Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) For candidates with IDD certificates, the date of passing must be on or before 01.09.2024.
Percentage Calculation Percentage marks are calculated by dividing total marks obtained by the total maximum marks. Fractions like 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.
CGPA/OGPA Conversion Candidates with CGPA/OGPA must provide a certificate stating the norms for converting grades to percentage and the percentage of marks as per those norms.

 Probation Period

Guarantee Bond

Phase-III: Interview

Aspect Details
Shortlisting Candidates shortlisted after Phase-II will be called for an Interview.
Interview Weightage 25% of the total weightage (Online Examination: 75%, Interview: 25%).
Interview Centres Conducted at select centres; details of the centre, address, time, and date will be provided in the call letter.
Interview Call Letters To be downloaded from the Company’s website.
Change Requests Requests for changes in date, centre, etc., will not be entertained.
Company’s Discretion The Company reserves the right to change interview details or hold supplementary processes under unforeseen circumstances.

Final Selection

Aspect Details
Selection Basis Based on consolidated marks from Main Examination (Objective Test) and Interview.
Final Merit List Prepared in descending order of consolidated marks secured.
Appointment Candidates falling within the number of vacancies on the merit list will be considered for appointment.
Batch Appointments Selected candidates may be appointed in multiple batches as per the Management’s discretion.
Seniority Determined by merit/select list order.
Waiting List A Waiting List of candidates not exceeding 50% of the vacancies may be prepared and used if selected candidates do not accept the offer.
Tie-Breaking Criteria a) Marks secured in the interview (higher marks preferred).
b) Date of birth (senior in age preferred if interview marks are the same).
Medical Fitness Appointment is subject to being found medically fit as per the Company’s requirements.
Service and Conduct Rules Subject to the Company’s service and conduct rules.
Eligibility Check Candidates must ensure they meet the age and qualification requirements as on the respective crucial dates. Ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage of recruitment.
No Automatic Right to Selection Appearing in the Online Examination and Interview does not guarantee selection.
