Format of Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JHTET) 2024
Levels of Eligibility Test:
- There are two levels of eligibility test:
- Level-1: Primary School Level (Class I to V)
- Level-2: Upper Primary School Level (Class VI to VIII)
- Candidates have the option to appear in the examination for both levels.

Duration of Examination:
- Level-1 (Primary School Level – Class I to V): 2 hours 30 minutes
- Level-2 (Upper Primary School Level – Class VI to VIII): 2 hours 30 minutes
- Additional Time for Visually Impaired Persons: 30 minutes extra time will be provided.
Consolidated Question Paper:
- There will be a consolidated question paper for each level of examination.
