The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2024 notification was officially released on November 1, 2024, at bseh.org.in.
HTET 2024 Registration will commence on November 4, 2024, and continue until November 14, 2024.
This state-level exam is crucial for candidates aspiring to become Primary Teachers (PRT), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT), and Post-Graduate Teachers (PGT) in government schools across Haryana.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 38 years

Educational Qualifications

PRT: 12th passed with 50% + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/Special Education/B.E.Ed, or a Bachelor’s degree with a similar diploma.
TGT: Bachelor’s Degree with 50% + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed/Special B.Ed.
PGT: Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with 50% + B.Ed.

HTET Salary Structure

The salary for HTET-qualified teachers varies by position:

Primary Teacher: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
TGT: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
PGT: ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100

HTET Certificate Validity

The HTET certificate will now have a validity of 7 years.
