The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the shortlisted candidates list for posts under Groups 56 and 57 as presented in advt. no 4/2024. The initial shortlisting included candidates three times the number of advertised posts, with a final list to be released later. Candidates can submit grievances until 13.08.2024. Shortlisting of Candidates

  1. Purpose: The notice is about the shortlisting of candidates for various posts in Group 56 and 57 as advertised under Advt. No 4/2024.

  2. Shortlisted Candidates:

    • Selection Criteria: Candidates who have been shortlisted are 3 times the number of advertised posts in each category for Groups 56 and 57.
    • Further Shortlisting: A further list of candidates, which will be 1 time the number of advertised posts, will be published later.
  3. Grievance Redressal:

    • Link for Grievances: Candidates can raise any grievances they have regarding the shortlisting by visiting the provided link titled “Shortlisting Grievances”.
    • Deadline: The link for submitting grievances will be available until 13.08.2024 at 5:00 PM. After this time, the link will be disabled.

Examination Details

    • Group 56: The written examination is scheduled for 17.08.2024.
    • Group 57: The written examination is scheduled for 18.08.2024.

    • The examination will take place in the following cities: Kurukshetra, Karnal, Yamunanagar, Panchkula, Ambala, and Panipat (tentatively).

Reasons for Non-Shortlisting

  1. Candidates with CET Marks Above Cut-Off:

    • Detail: If a candidate’s CET (Common Eligibility Test) marks are higher than the cut-off for their category but they have not been shortlisted, the reasons for this will be provided in Annexure – A.
  2. Candidates Shortlisted in UR Category:

    • Detail: Candidates who were not shortlisted in their applied categories but were shortlisted under the UR (Unreserved) category due to having marks higher than the UR cut-off for the respective post, will find the reasons for their category changes in Annexure – B.

Error Correction

  1. Possibility of Errors:
    • Acknowledgment: The Commission has taken due care in the shortlisting process, but there may still be inadvertent or technical errors.
    • Correction Rights: The Commission reserves the right to rectify any errors that may be discovered later.
