⚖️Terms and Conditions of Appointment

  1. Provisional Appointment: The appointment is temporary and provisional, subject to verification of character, fitness, and biometric attendance.
  2. Probation: A probation period of two years applies, which may be extended if necessary. Unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination without notice.
  3. Medical Fitness: A medical certificate from the Chief Medical Officer is required for joining. In case of unfitness, the appointment will be nullified.
  4. Verification of Documents: All submitted documents will be verified. False submissions may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
  5. Character Verification: The appointment is subject to police verification of character and antecedents. Adverse findings may lead to termination.
  6. Governing Rules: The appointment is governed by the Haryana Veterinary Headquarters and field (Group C) Service Rules, 1999.
  7. No Travel Allowance: No travel allowance will be provided for joining.
  8. Pension Scheme: Employees will be covered under the New Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.

Joining Instructions

Candidates must report to the Director General, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana within 15 days of this order, along with the required medical certificate. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the appointment.
