Notice for PMT and PST – Male Constable (GD)

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) had previously published a list of candidates who were 10 times the number of available posts for the position of Male Constable (GD) in response to the public notices dated 14.07.2024, 21.07.2024, and 03.08.2024. However, due to a significant number of absentees from the SC category in the Physical Measurement Test (PMT), the Commission has decided to issue an additional list of candidates.

Haryana Police Male Constable PMT 4th List – Overview

  1. Additional List of Candidates:

    • Purpose: To accommodate the large number of absentee candidates from the SC category.
    • Details: An additional list of candidates, equal to twice the total number of posts allocated for the SC category, has been released. This ensures a fair opportunity for candidates from this category.
    • Future Adjustments: The Commission reserves the right to increase the number of candidates if deemed necessary.

  2. PMT Schedule:

    • Date: The Physical Measurement Test (PMT) is scheduled for 13.08.2024.
    • Details: The schedule for the PMT can be found in Annexure – A attached to the notice.
    • Following Step: Candidates who successfully clear the PMT will be required to appear for the Physical Screening Test (PST) on 14.08.2024.
    • Publication of Results: The list of candidates who have qualified the PMT and are eligible for PST will be published by the evening of 12.08.2024.

  3. Admit Card:

    • Download Link: Candidates can download their admit cards from admitcard0106.hryssc.com
    • Instructions: Ensure to download and carry your admit card on the day of the PMT.

  4. Grievances:

    • Submission: Candidates who have grievances regarding their application or the process can raise them online.
    • Procedure: Click the “Raise Grievance” link at the bottom of the homepage at Grievance Portal. or admitcard0106.hryssc.com
    • Deadline: Grievances must be submitted by 12.08.2024 (11:59 PM). No grievances will be accepted in physical form.

  5. CET Marks:

    • Clarification: For candidates whose CET marks are at or above the cutoff for their category but who are not included in the shortlist, reasons are provided in Annexure – B.
    • Purpose: This ensures transparency and provides clarity on the selection process.

  6. Error Rectification:

    • Accuracy: The Commission has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
    • Right to Correct: The Commission reserves the right to correct any inadvertent or technical errors discovered at a later stage.

  7. Website:

    • Official Site: For further information and updates, candidates should regularly visit the official HSSC website at www.hssc.gov.in.
