Notice to Candidates for Physical Measurement Test (PMT) – Female Constable (GD)
Advt. No. 06/2024, Cat. No. 02 – Police Department, Haryana

Introduction: In reference to the Commission’s public notices dated 21.07.2024 and 26.07.2024, wherein the initial list of candidates, 8 times the total number of posts, was published, it has been observed that a considerable number of candidates were absent during the Physical Measurement Test (PMT). Therefore, the Commission has decided to call additional candidates for the PMT.

Additional List of Candidates: An additional list of candidates, amounting to three times the total number of posts, has now been published. The Commission retains the right to increase the number of candidates further, if necessary.

PMT Schedule: The Physical Measurement Test for the shortlisted candidates is scheduled to take place on 09.08.2024 for the post of Female Constable (GD) against Advt. No. 06/2024, Cat. No. 02. Detailed schedule information is provided in Annexure – A.

Details of Shortlisted Candidates: The registration numbers of shortlisted candidates have been arranged in ascending order and are attached below.

  2. Grievance Redressal:

    • Candidates may submit grievances online by clicking on the “Raise Grievance” link located at the bottom of the homepage of the aforementioned link  admitcard0106.hryssc.com until 08.08.2024 (11:59 PM). No grievances will be entertained through physical mode.

  3. Reasons for Non-Shortlisting:

    • Annexure – B provides reasons for candidates whose CET marks exceed the respective cutoff of their category but have not been shortlisted.
    • Annexure – C outlines reasons for non-shortlisting in their applied categories for candidates who did not qualify.

  4. Provisional Selection Compliance:

    • In accordance with directives from the Hon’ble High Court, candidates selected provisionally for PMT have been included in the additional list. A detailed list of these candidates is provided in Annexure – D.

  5. Note of Caution:

    • While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in the shortlisting process, the Commission acknowledges the possibility of inadvertent or technical errors. As such, the Commission reserves the right to rectify any such errors subsequently.

  6. Availability of Notice:

    • This notice is also accessible on the official website of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) at www.hssc.gov.in.
