Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 38 years
Educational Qualifications
- PRT: 12th passed with 50% + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/Special Education/B.E.Ed, or a Bachelor’s degree with a similar diploma.
- TGT: Bachelor’s Degree with 50% + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed/Special B.Ed.
- PGT: Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with 50% + B.Ed.
HTET Salary Structure
The salary for HTET-qualified teachers varies by position:
- Primary Teacher: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
- TGT: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
- PGT: ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100
HTET Certificate Validity
The HTET certificate will now have a validity of 7 years.
