1. Updated Candidate Shortlist

The list of candidates shortlisted for the various posts has been revised. The updated list now includes four times the number of advertised posts across Groups 10, 14, 15, 18, 39, 40, 41, 42, 45, 62, and 63. This new list supersedes the earlier shortlist, which was three times the number of advertised posts. The revision incorporates additional candidates to ensure a broader and more inclusive selection process.

2. HSSC Advt. No. 11/2024 Admit Cards

Candidates are advised to regularly check their candidate portal for updates regarding the availability of admit cards. The admit cards for the written examination will be available soon. Candidates can download their admit cards by logging into the following URL: https://adv112024.hryssc.com/.

  • Visit the above URL.
  • Log in using your credentials.
  • Click on the link for the respective Group listed in the left menu to download your admit card.

3. Changes in Shortlisting

Due to a review of grievances and an adjustment in the cut-off marks, some candidates’ categories have been revised. Here are the details of the changes:

  • CET Registration No. 197493:
    • Previously Shortlisted For: Categories 127, 131, 132
    • Now Shortlisted For: Categories 127, 132
  • CET Registration No. 699566:
    • Previously Shortlisted For: Categories 123, 131, 132, 172
    • Now Shortlisted For: Categories 123, 132, 172

These adjustments have been made to reflect the updated cut-off marks and address any grievances received.

4. Reasons for Non-Shortlisting

For candidates whose CET marks are above the cut-off but who have not been shortlisted, detailed reasons are provided in Annexure – A. This annexure will explain the criteria and considerations that impacted the final shortlisting.

5. Error Rectification

The Commission has made every effort to ensure that the shortlisting process is accurate and fair. However, there is a possibility of inadvertent or technical errors. The Commission reserves the right to rectify any such errors at a later stage to ensure the integrity of the selection process.

  1. Grievance Submission: Submit online grievances by 12.09.2024 (5:00 PM). Physical grievances will not be accepted.
  2. CET Marks and Shortlisting: Candidates with CET marks above the category cut-off but not shortlisted can find reasons in Annexure – A.
  3. Error Correction: The Commission reserves the right to correct any inadvertent or technical errors in the shortlist.
